Appointments
If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call us at 602-230-1400. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call as soon as possible so that we may use that time to see another patient in need of care. Our physicians are on emergency and trauma call at the various hospitals in the Phoenix area. It may be necessary for us to work patients into the schedule causing unexpected wait times. We make a sincere effort to see patients in a timely manner and give you the attention you need, rather than schedule your appointment far in advance.
Fees & Payments
Insurance required co-pays are due at the time of service. We accept cash, MC, VISA & AMERICAN EXPRESS. IF we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will file a claim on your behalf.

Cash Pay Patients
We do accept cash or credit cards. Please contact our office to discuss payment options as we work with various hospitals/outpatient surgery centers, anesthesiologists and implant companies for patients needing orthopedic care that is affordable.
Prescriptions & Renewals
Prescription refills are done during normal business hours with a 24 hour notice. Renewals done after the office has closed will only be filled in extreme or emergent circumstances.
