Dr. Sabin Cranford

Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon

Dr. Sabin Cranford earned his undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and his doctorate from the Northwestern University School of Medicine. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Cranford remained at Northwestern to complete his Orthopedic residency, and then did an additional year of training in sports medicine at the New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, MA. Dr. Cranford has participated in the care of athletes at all levels, and specializes in minimally invasive surgery of the shoulder and knee. Other interests include joint replacement and general orthopedics.
