I am a 62 year old young woman who now can play softball again. You fixed my shoulder! I feel great and still have some work to do, but believe me, I will get there. What skilled hands you have- I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Life is Good. I love you; you are the greatest, thanks again.

I had such a wonderful experience - I can't say enough about your professionalism, bedside manner, surgical abilities, and how well loved you are at the Surgical Specialty Hospital of Arizona. In my consultation with you at your office prior to the surgery you answered mostly all of my questions (without me asking them) within 5 minutes. You exude confidence! Your staff is amazing as well - your OR nurse is an incredible professional. My hip was much worse than had showed on the x-ray we sent initially, so it confirmed that I really did need this surgery.
I had no pain for 24 hours after the surgery as they not only give you a spinal, as well as a general, but they include pain medications in the spinal that take you through the first 24 hours when you might have pain.
I was up the next day - bearing weight and using a walker. No pain in the joint! Amazing. I still feel a bit like I've been hit by a truck in the butt, but that lessens each day.
I can't thank you and your staff enough for facilitating this surgery at a wonderful place. I am lucky that this surgery doesn't necessitate home health care, as the exercises I can do are easily done under Doug's care, as are the blood thinner injections. I would imagine that if someone were having knee replacement/shoulder surgery they might need to have a home health care, or rehab package included in their initial price.
The speed with which this all took place was amazing, and it was such a bonus to have the surgery done where we are spending the winter. Thanks, to all of you! Sincerely,
– Judy R.
